I was so moved Sunday evening! I felt very honored to be in the presence of those who were close to Mr. Delp. I am a big fan who unfortunetly never got to see the band in concert.I was hoping that would have been in the near future. My loss. The line up was top shelf! There certainly was alot of talent on the stage that night. I must confess however, that at one point I was disappointed. When Micheal Sweet tackled "More Than a Feeling" which we all know is no easy feat,he did a tremendous job! I felt cheated out of being able to show my appreciation to him because Mr. Sholtz (with all due respect)felt the need,in my eyes, to upstage him with that LONG and TIME consuming guitar riff. I would have rather have heard the song "Long Time" and given credit where I felt it was due. The night still was very warm and heartfelt.Thank you all for letting all of us get to know your Father, brother, lover and friend. As if there weren't already enough reasons to love and admire him. I bet he had a great time too. Couldn't you feel his energy? I could.
